Horchata Lollipops!

When Summer comes in with a vengeance, taquerias across the US (and Mexico, too, naturally) ladle up icy cups of horchata. Don't know what that is? GET THEE TO A TAQUERIA!

A horchata is an awesome drink made out of rice milk, cinnamon and vanilla. Our lollipops are the same - only hard and not drinkable (you'll choke, please don't try).
